Jim Jones
Currently, Mr. Jones serves as the Chief Executive Officer of AccountNow, a leading Internet prepaid card issuer. Mr. Jones has over 35 years of management experience in the banking, consumer lending, payment processing and related financial services industry. He has garnered in-depth knowledge and expertise having served at Citigroup, Crocker, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Providian and GMAC-Residential Capital. In particular, Mr. Jones served as the President of direct banking at Bank of America. He was also Vice Chairman at Providian and served as the CEO at GMAC-Residential Capital.
Mr. Jones serves as Chairman of Advanced Payment Solutions, an independent prepaid card issuer operating in the United Kingdom and Europe. He also serves on the boards of DepotPoint, Merchant e-Solutions, Bora Payment Systems, and Community Lend. He holds a BA degree from Washburn University, an MA from the University of Nebraska and an MBA from the University of Kansas.
Bob Feller
Mr. Feller is the former chief executive officer of Capmark Financial Group Inc. (formerly known as GMAC Commercial Holding Corp). He left Capmark shortly after the majority of the company was sold to a private equity consortium. Mr. Feller was with GMAC/Capmark for nearly ten years including 3.5 years as CEO and two years as head of the company’s North American operations. As CEO, he built a strong culture and management team and was responsible for Capmark’s worldwide operations, which included more than 3,000 employees in twelve countries. He oversaw growth in net income from $225 million to nearly $350 million, and he led the transition of the company from wholly-owned subsidiary of GMAC, totally dependent on funding from the parent company, to an independently-capitalized, investment grade company. He orchestrated the sale of 79% of the equity of the company from GMAC to an investment group led by KKR.
Before GMAC, Mr. Feller held a number of managerial positions for General Motors Corporation, primarily in the financial arena with the Corporate Comptroller’s Staff and Treasurer’s Office and at divisions in GM’s components subsidiary. He has extensive corporate finance experience, particularly in the areas of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, borrowing and lending, accounting and budgeting.
Mr. Feller graduated from Harvard Business School as a Baker Scholar (high distinction) in 1988 and graduated from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management, summa cum laude in 1984. He has served on the Krannert Alumni Advisory Board and is a certified public accountant.
