Sellers directly communicate and negotiate with multiple buyers through DebtMarket’s internal messaging. Messages related to each portfolio listing are conveniently tracked on the system.
Sellers can upload additional documents requested by interested buyers at any point during the auction to deliver deeper insight about the listing.
Sellers compare offers, negotiate directly with the bidder and may accept or reject bids.

Once both parties have signed the NDA/LOI, to speed due diligence, DebtMarket facilitates document digitization. Our plaform is integrated with Fedex and nationwide scanning partners if loan docs are not already in electronic format.
Buyers review loan documents in the secure DebtMarket Data Room.
The DebtMarket Notification System alerts sellers when buyers have completed due diligence and are ready to make their final bid.

Once the final offer has been accepted, the buyer can upload their buy/sell agreement to DebtMarket’s Contract Room.
DebtMarket’s Contract Room allows buyers and sellers to review and negotiate terms.
Once final contracts are complete buyers can sign the buy/sell contract using Echosign Digital Documents.
DebtMarket archives all executed contracts for future reference.

Using Wells Fargo Escrow Services, DebtMarket members can easily exchange funding and loan documentation.
Direct funding is available for qualifying transactions on a case-by-case basis.
