- DebtMarket’s Portfolio Summary Engine automates a downloadable Portfolio Stratification Sheet and a Seller Survey, delivering critical decision-making criteria.
- Communicate directly with sellers through DebtMarket’s Internal Messaging; ask questions, request additional documentation and negotiate purchasing terms.
- Buyers place a conditional bid including price, recourse, reserve, specific loans they wish to purchase and other stipulations.
Once the seller has accepted a conditional bid, both parties to sign a mutual NDA/LOI (Letter of Intent) on DebtMarket, using Echosign Digital Document Signing.
Perform due diligence
- Buyers can view loan contracts, pay histories, asset valuations, credit reports and all other documents they have stipulated for easy due diligence, from any computer, 24/7 in DebtMarket’s Data Room.
- DebtMarket is integrated with 3rd party data providers such as CarFax, NADA and others (coming soon) for more efficient analysis.
- Once due diligence is complete, buyers submit a final offer including the exact loans to be purchased.
Complete contracts and negotiations
- Once the final offer has been accepted, the buyer can upload their buy/sell agreement to DebtMarket’s Contract Room .
- DebtMarket’s Contract Room allows buyers and sellers to review and negotiate terms.
- Once final contracts are complete buyers can sign the buy/sell contract using Echosign Digital Documents.
- DebtMarket archives all executed contracts for future reference.
Transfer funds
- Using Wells Fargo Escrow Services, DebtMarket members can easily exchange funding and loan documentation.
- Direct funding is available for qualifying transactions on a case by case basis.
